2. AvailabilityWe keep a huge range in stock. When you enquire, we will confirm whether the products of interest are currently available for immediate collection or dispatch. If not, then we will advise you how long it will take to obtain the item from our supplier.
3. FreightFor customers outside the Bairnsdale area, tell us where you are located and we will be able to advise the freight charge to have the item packed and delivered to you. There are various methods of delivery available and we will recommend the one we consider is most appropriate according to the products involved, the total value and your location.
4. InsuranceOur company policy is to to INSURE ALL GOODS against loss or damage in transit. We will advise you the cost of Freight Insurance when quoting.
You do have the option to purchase without taking any Freight Insurance. However, this will only ever occur by your own free choice, on your instruction and at your own risk. In these circumstances, please understand clearly that we will then take no responsibility whatsoever for any items lost or damaged in transit.
5. Placing Your Order
We will require confirmation of all orders in writing. You can send us your Purchase Order by Email or Fax. See the Contact Us page. Please include these details on your order :
6. Payment
We will require full payment in advance prior to dispatch. Payment can be arranged by direct communication between us.
We accept all major Credit Cards. Simply provide us your Credit Card details by Email, Fax or Telephone, whichever method you prefer and are most comfortable with.
We also accept payment by EFT direct into our company bank account. Our account details will be provided upon request, together with advice about how you should identify the EFT transaction.
7. Dispatch
Once payment has been received, we will dispatch your order as soon as possible. On the day of dispatch, we will send you confirmation by email. Our dispatch confirmation message will include details about the freight company and consignment note number.
8. Delivery
When goods arrive, before signing the Delivery Docket, YOU MUST CHECK that all items are present and in good condition. This is your obligation under our Terms Of Sale. If everything is in order, then sign the Delivery Docket.
If anything is missing or has been damaged in transit, then you must make an appropriate note on the Delivery Docket prior to signing so that a Freight Insurance claim can be made. Then please contact us for advice.
